Can I apply to re-test a drug that did not pass the first time?
Article 18-1 of the Veterinary Drug Control Act states that if a drug does not pass the inspection, a city or county authority shall send the report to the applicant; the applicant may request a re-test once, after paying the re-test fee within fourteen days of receiving the report.
